STARTUP AUTOBAHN powered by Plug and Play

STARTUP AUTOBAHN is an open innovation platform connecting technology startups with established companies, particularly in the automotive, mobility, and industrial sectors. The platform was established in Germany in May 2016 by Daimler, Plug and Play, the University of Stuttgart and ARENA2036. It supports pilot projects and technology collaborations in areas including mobility, manufacturing, artificial intelligence, sustainability, materials and digitalization. Its principal German hub is located in the Stuttgart region, with additional programs developed internationally. STARTUP AUTOBAHN regularly hosts expos where participating companies and startups present completed pilot projects and technical results, including work involving recycled automotive materials.
