Schneider Electric Research Institute (SERI)

The Schneider Electric Research Institute, or SERI, is an editorially independent research institute operating within Schneider Electric. It produces research examining the pace, economics, and practical challenges of electrification and the transition towards more digital, distributed, and lower-carbon energy systems. Its work covers areas including climate risk, artificial intelligence, energy demand, buildings, industrial electrification, renewable energy integration and infrastructure resilience. Research is produced independently or with academic and institutional partners, with peer-reviewed work also published through external journals.
