Ole & Steen

Ole & Steen is the international bakery brand associated with Danish bakery group Lagkagehuset. Its origins lie in bakeries established by Ole Kristoffersen and Steen Skallebæk in the early 1990s, which joined forces in 2008. The business produces breads, pastries, cakes and café food. Its UK operations began in London in December 2016. Ole & Steen is among the merchants identified for a later expansion of the Canary Wharf robot delivery service.
