Nanyang Technological University

Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, known as NTU Singapore, is a public research university with a strong focus on science, engineering, technology, business, education, humanities, medicine and sustainability-related research. NTU was formally established as a university in 1991, following the earlier Nanyang Technological Institute, and traces part of its institutional heritage to Nanyang University, founded in 1955. Its main campus is located at 50 Nanyang Avenue in Singapore. NTU is widely involved in research on urban systems, clean technologies, materials, artificial intelligence, energy efficiency and climate resilience, making it a relevant academic partner for projects focused on sustainable cooling, water systems and low-carbon infrastructure.
