Moeve

Moeve, formerly Cepsa, is a Spanish integrated energy company headquartered in Madrid. The company operates across energy, chemicals, mobility, and industrial fuels, with activities including refining, service stations, biofuels, sustainable aviation fuel, green hydrogen, chemicals, and electric mobility. Cepsa announced its name change to Moeve in October 2024 to reflect its strategic shift under its Positive Motion plan, which focuses on decarbonisation, low-carbon fuels, and sustainable mobility. Moeve has more than 90 years of history and over 11,000 employees. Its shareholders are Mubadala Investment Company and The Carlyle Group, making it a privately held company.
