The Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) is the UAE federal ministry responsible for national climate change, environmental protection, biodiversity, and agricultural policy. It leads the implementation of Federal Decree-Law No. 11 of 2024, coordinates national emissions and adaptation policy, and is responsible for establishing and managing the National Carbon Credit Registry.
