London Stock Exchange Group, commonly known as LSEG, is a global financial markets infrastructure and data company headquartered in London. Its operations span financial data and analytics, indexes and benchmarks, capital markets, clearing, trade execution, and risk management. LSEG operates through four main divisions: Data & Analytics, FTSE Russell, Risk Intelligence and Markets. The modern group was formed in 2007 following the combination of the London Stock Exchange and Borsa Italiana.
