London Stansted Airport is an international airport in Essex serving London and the wider southeast of England. Owned and operated by Manchester Airports Group, it serves an extensive network of European and international destinations and is a major base for low-cost aviation. Stansted also handles significant air freight activity and supports thousands of jobs across its airport ecosystem. MAG is investing in a major airport transformation program while integrating environmental management, energy efficiency and aviation decarbonization into the airport's longer-term development. Stansted has previously achieved recognized environmental and airport carbon management certifications.
