Landbell USA

Landbell USA is a U.S. nonprofit Producer Responsibility Organization (PRO) established to deliver Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) programmes for regulated products. As part of the Landbell Group, it draws on more than three decades of international experience in environmental compliance, product stewardship, and recycling system management. In 2026, CalRecycle selected Landbell USA as the official PRO for California's Responsible Textile Recovery Act (SB 707), making it responsible for developing and operating the state's textile stewardship programme, including producer registration, infrastructure planning, compliance oversight, and the preparation of a statewide stewardship plan.
