KIRKBI Climate is the climate investment business owned by KIRKBI A/S, the holding company of the Kirk Kristiansen family. Established in 2025, it consolidates the family’s climate-focused investments and operates across three main areas: energy transition, circular plastics, and land sustainability. The organization is shifting from primarily thematic investing to active ownership and business building, focusing on scaling companies with proven technologies while also supporting emerging climate solutions that require long-term capital. KIRKBI Climate manages a portfolio of more than DKK 10 billion and plans to invest an additional DKK 10 billion over five years.
