H&L Advanced

H&L Advanced is a South Korean petrochemical company formed in 2026 through the combination of HD Hyundai Chemical and LOTTE Daesan Petrochem Corporation. The company is jointly controlled by LOTTE Chemical and HD Hyundai Oilbank, which each hold a 50% interest. Its creation forms part of South Korea's petrochemical restructuring program, intended to address excess capacity and improve operating efficiency. H&L Advanced operates petrochemical assets at the Daesan industrial complex and is restructuring production toward a more integrated refinery and petrochemical model.
