Government of Massachusetts

The Government of Massachusetts is responsible for the administration of state laws, public services, and the welfare of its residents. It operates under the Massachusetts Constitution and is organized into three branches: executive, legislative, and judicial. The executive branch is headed by the Governor, while the legislative branch consists of the Massachusetts General Court, which includes the House of Representatives and the Senate.
