Ford Otosan

Ford Otosan is a Turkish automotive manufacturer jointly controlled by Ford Motor Company and Koç Holding, which each hold 41% of the company. The remaining shares are publicly traded. The company manufactures commercial vehicles and powertrain systems and operates major production facilities in Türkiye and Romania. Ford Otosan is also a significant automotive research and development organization, with activities covering vehicle design, engineering, testing, electrification, and manufacturing.
