Evident is a renewable energy registry and certification infrastructure provider that became part of Xpansiv in 2025. The company operated the international I-REC(E) registry, supporting the issuance, transfer and redemption of renewable energy certificates across markets worldwide. Its registry infrastructure helps organizations document renewable electricity generation and consumption using standardized energy attribute certificates. Following its acquisition, Evident's registry operations have been integrated under the Xpansiv brand while continuing to operate within the governance frameworks supporting the international energy attribute tracking system.
