Summary

Founded in 2002 by Hewlett-Packard, Electrolux, Sony, and Procter & Gamble, the European Recycling Platform (ERP) is an international provider of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) compliance services. Created in response to the EU's Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive, ERP helps producers meet regulatory obligations relating to electronics, batteries, packaging, and, more recently, textiles. Operating through a network of producer responsibility organizations across Europe and other regions, ERP focuses on simplifying compliance, reporting, take-back, and recycling requirements for multinational companies. Since joining the Landbell Group in 2014, ERP has expanded its international reach and now supports producers in dozens of countries through coordinated compliance and circular economy services.
