The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA)

The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) is a non-profit industry association representing Europe’s publicly listed real-estate companies and related stakeholders. Established in 1999, the organization serves as a collective voice for the listed property sector, promoting transparency, best practices, and improved investor understanding of real-estate investment markets. EPRA’s membership includes property companies, institutional investors, and professional service providers active in listed real estate, collectively representing hundreds of billions of euros in property assets.
