European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA)

The European Automobile Manufacturers’ Association (ACEA) represents major manufacturers of cars, vans, trucks, and buses operating in Europe. Founded in 1991, the Brussels-based industry association develops common positions on automotive regulation, industrial competitiveness, road safety, emissions, alternative powertrains, and transport decarbonization. ACEA also publishes market data and technical analysis used by policymakers and industry stakeholders. Its membership includes many of Europe’s largest passenger and commercial vehicle manufacturers.
