Din Tai Fung

Din Tai Fung is a Taiwan-founded international restaurant brand known for xiao long bao and Taiwanese cuisine. Established by Bing-Yi Yang and Pen-Mei Lai in Taipei in 1958 as a cooking oil shop, the business transitioned to selling dumplings and other food in 1972. Its international restaurant network operates through regional businesses. Din Tai Fung is among the merchants named for a later expansion of robot deliveries in Canary Wharf.
