CRREM Foundation

CRREM Foundation is a non-profit climate and real estate standards organisation established in 2018 and based in the Netherlands that oversees the Carbon Risk Real Estate Monitor (CRREM) initiative, a global framework of science-based decarbonisation pathways for the real estate sector. Building on years of EU-funded research, the foundation develops and maintains publicly available pathways that translate climate science into building- and portfolio-specific transition risk metrics used by investors, asset managers and owners worldwide.
