Cascale is a global nonprofit alliance originally known as the Sustainable Apparel Coalition (SAC). It facilitates collaboration across the entire consumer goods industry, from brands to manufacturers, to achieve two core missions: combating climate change and supporting decent work for all. The organization's data-driven approach is powered by its widely-used Higg Index suite of tools, which helps members measure and improve their environmental and social impacts. Cascale has set a goal of achieving a 45% industry-wide reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2030.
