Antares Nuclear is a U.S. advanced nuclear technology company developing factory-produced fission microreactors for defense, remote energy and other strategic applications. Its heat-pipe reactor technology is designed around compact systems capable of supplying dependable energy in locations where conventional grid infrastructure may be limited. Antares has worked with U.S. federal organizations including the Department of Energy and the Department of Defense. In 2026, the company conducted its first reactor demonstration at Idaho National Laboratory under the DOE Reactor Pilot Program and is working toward electricity-producing reactor operations and subsequent customer deployments.
