Event Overview

The Textile Stewardship Informal Regulatory Concepts Workshop is set for August 13, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM at the CalEPA Building, Byron Sher Auditorium in Sacramento, CA. This workshop aims to engage the public, regulated communities, and stakeholders in discussions about the Responsible Textile Recovery Act of 2024 (SB 707). Participants will have the opportunity to provide feedback on various regulatory concepts, including definitions, online marketplaces, and PRO (Producer Responsibility Organization) submittals.

Participation Details

This workshop will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing attendees to join either in person or virtually via Zoom. The venue is wheelchair accessible, and simultaneous Spanish interpretation will be available. Interested parties can submit oral comments and questions during the session, ensuring a comprehensive dialogue on textile stewardship issues.
