Event Overview
The event titled From Evidence to Implementation: Transitioning to Zero Pollution Agriculture in Europe will take place on November 12, 2026, in Brussels. Organized by Highclere Consulting SRL, this policy forum aims to explore how scientific evidence and practical experiences can be transformed into effective and scalable policy actions.
Over the past four years, the Horizon Europe trans4num project has collaborated with partners across Europe and China to investigate a variety of Nature-Based Solutions (NBS), including agroecology and regenerative agriculture, to enhance sustainable nutrient management. As the project concludes, this final policy event will address critical questions:
- Nature-based Solutions (NBS): What works, where, and under what conditions?
- Working across farms and landscapes: How to progress from individual actions to coordinated nutrient management?
- Making NBS a viable choice: Who pays, who benefits, and how to create a market at the food system level?
The event will feature a panel discussion aimed at identifying actionable steps to implement the insights gained from scientific research into practical policy frameworks. Participation is free, making it accessible for all interested stakeholders in the agriculture and environmental sectors. For more details and to register, visit the event website.
