Envecon 2027 Overview
Envecon is the flagship annual conference of the UK Network for Environmental Economists (UKNEE), dedicated to advancing the practical application of environmental economics in policy and decision-making. Since its inception in 2003, it has served as a vital platform for researchers and policymakers to engage in meaningful dialogue about environmental challenges and solutions.
The 2027 edition will be held at The Royal Society in London, featuring a diverse program that includes presentations from government departments, consultancy firms, research institutes, and universities.
With an expected attendance of around 150 in-person participants and 70 online attendees, Envecon 2027 will facilitate discussions on translating economic evidence into actionable insights. The event is particularly significant as it fosters cross-sector dialogue, especially in the context of growing interest in green finance and nature-positive policies. The submission deadline for papers, panels, and posters is set for November 16, 2026. For more details, visit the official event website.
