Background
This conference, co-organized by European entities including ESA, EEA, CAMS, and EUMETSAT, aims to gather a diverse group of stakeholders involved in monitoring greenhouse gases and air pollutants. Participants will engage in state-of-the-art presentations that cover emission estimations derived from both spaceborne and ground-based observations, applicable to various use cases such as national GHG inventories and sector-specific sources.
Objectives
The primary goal is to showcase and identify specific observational data and solutions that can aid in implementing various policies through research and operational services. Attendees will participate in discussions on the latest advancements in relevant policies and work towards establishing common semantics related to emissions.
