#Overview The Bio-based and Compostable Packaging workshop is designed for professionals in the food packaging sector, aiming to explore the latest advancements in sustainable materials. Participants will learn about various biobased and compostable packaging options, their suitability for food products, and the distinctions between these materials. The workshop will also address how these solutions align with corporate sustainability policies and the implications of EU regulations on packaging practices. Led by Prof. Dr. Ir. Peter Ragaert, the event will run from 12:30 to 17:00 at Campus Coupure in Ghent.
