Whether motivated by compliance, customer demands, or a real passion for the environment, you’re welcome here. We provide reliable information—why you seek it is not our concern.
Infosys (NSE: INFY) and Economist Impact have unveiled the Sustainability Atlas, a new AI-powered platform designed to consolidate and simplify access to global sustainability insights. Drawing from over a decade of research—including 18 indices and more than 500 reports—the tool is aimed at helping policymakers and business leaders make informed, climate-conscious decisions.
Jonathan Birdwell, Global Head of Policy & Insights at Economist Impact, emphasized the significance of unifying these diverse data sources. "Over the past decade, Economist Impact has developed numerous indices and published hundreds of reports on a broad spectrum of sustainability issues—from food security to plastics management and climate resilience,” he said. “For the first time, we are now able to consolidate this wealth of data and insight into a single platform. By harnessing Infosys’ generative AI capabilities, the Sustainability Atlas delivers accessible, actionable intelligence for policymakers and business leaders around the world."
Infosys, a key technology partner in the initiative, brings its AI and digital infrastructure expertise to the project. Ashiss Kumar Dash, EVP and Global Head at Infosys, comments on the long-term vision for the platform: “We see the Sustainability Atlas evolving into a global intelligence network—one that fosters collaboration and drives collective action. Our vision is for sustainability to become embedded within our shared intelligence and behaviors, helping to shape a more resilient and prosperous world.”
By centralizing a vast array of data and insights, the Sustainability Atlas offers users a holistic view of sustainability challenges and progress across geographies—providing an essential resource in the global pursuit of a more sustainable future.
